Bedrooms
The main bedrooms are accessed from a wooden stairway from the lounge and are situated below the daytime living area, on a level with the main deck and pool area.
The corridor serving the bedrooms is appointed with a very large oak wardrobe and also serves the family bathroom, a utility area (Washing machines and dryers of 6m3) as well as the pool and terraces. A WC is located off the corridor next to bedroom 2.
Bedrooms two is in an “L” shape and is of 20m2 (200 square feet) with views over the valley and lake.
Bedroom 1 is a traditional square of some 22m2 with a window and stable door leading on to the outside terracing.
Bedroom three is currently used as an office and measures 12m2 (120ft2).
Bathroom
The bathroom is a modern addition to the property and the Jacuzzi bath has extensive views over the surrounding country side. The shower unit is a multi jet massage system and the whole room is finished in marble effect tiles.
Heating
The house is fully centrally heated with radiators. The heating system is located in the summer kitchen and comprises an oil fired heating unit. As the property is surrounded by so much forest there is also a second boiler unit that operates on wood.
