Outbuildings
Accessed from the stairs of the kitchen patio area is a building of some 36m2 (360 square feet) which currently houses a large games room, a wine cellar and a small self contained guest bedroom of some 12m2.
Next to this building there is an insulated double fronted workshop of some 24m2, currently used as a store area. This could however be converted into a self contained apartment or gite.
The garage of some 24m2 adjoins the aforementioned potential gite and is open at both ends.
Next to the garage is the original eighteenth century bread oven, which is still used today by the present owners to make bread, pizza and even to roast whole suckling pigs!
A covered patio is next to the large flagged pool terrace, which abuts the summer kitchen.
The last outbuilding comprises the original barn which has been split into two parts.
The first part is a comprehensive workshop area of 48m2. The second half of the barn has been converted into a home Cinema of about 60m2 which can seat up to forty people. This area also has a bar and a dance floor with appropriate festive lighting! If need be the entire barn could be converted into a substantial dwelling or into several self contained flats or gites.
