The Grounds
Immediately around the house and outbuildings are areas laid to plants and bushes. Herbs, lavender, roses, geraniums and evergreens form the majority of the plantings. The other areas are to grass with several items of old farm machinery scattered around.
The property also boasts numerous fruit trees (Plum, Cherry, Apple, Fig, Vines and Walnut)
All of the plantings around the house are fed by an automatic watering system. In addition to normal mains water supply the house also has its own fresh water well, which is utilized for watering the plants, grass and for topping up the pool.
The driveway to the property is some 150 metres long and the entrance to the property is through electrically operated gates. Immediately to the right of the property on arrival there is a large field of some three Acres. These would be perfect for horses or grazing animals. The rest of the property is made of sloping fields and woodlands and provides a home for wild boar, deer, rabbits and a wealth of game birds.
